Well hello my beautiful readers, it's the end of March already? Oh wow time flies huh? It doesn't fly fast enough.  I mean uh well...

ANYWAY, I am so glad to be writing already. Compared to the last Monthly, things have gotten a lot better since I took that break. Things have thankfully calmed down, with spring break just right around the corner and one of my most anticipated games coming out in almost 2 weeks (which has honestly gave me a lot more willpower than it should)

I got a Nintendo Switch for 1 game.

It's kinda crazy to believe (my middle name is Crazy (not really but I wish (this joke is overused I know (tired of the brackets yet? (im not (okay I am now)))))) that I managed to save up and get myself a whole handheld console that I yearned for since I was 10, 100% out of the money people have generously given me for my work. I cannot thank you all enough.

Just for the record, no the one game I bought it for isn't BROK:The InvestiGator. Yes I had that laying around without the console to play it with, I told you my middle name is Crazy, did you read the brackets?! (I recommend checking the game out for yourself tho!!)

BUT THE GAME IS TOMODACHI LIFE: LIVING THE DREAM OH MY GOD NINTENDO DROP IT EARLY PLEASEEEE IT LOOKS SO COOL AGHH

Ahem... If anyone's wondering why this game is a big deal, think of The Sims and an ant farm combined. You are watching a town of Mii characters you create live their lives on their own accord, while you help them with various problems they have, and costumize their living space by buying decorations, interiors, drawing them shit, hell add the cherry on top, draw on THEM!

You can make custom clothing, props, toys, food, basically a sitcom drama made into a game, where you can have maximum 70 characters simultaneously doing dumb shit, falling in love, experiencing a breakup etc. etc. etc.

This game is especially making the rounds online by the sheer amount of diversity it has compared to a lot of simulation games similar to it and the complete lack of profanity filters on what you can tell the Mii characters to say (in the demo Nintendo released). It's really, really funny and I'm gonna sink so much time into it making my OCs make out passionately while chatting about, qoute "Jiggling bellies."

I took pictures with my phone because the demo (and the retail game when it releases) doesn't allow screenshot sharing for very obvious reasons

The 3 Miis the demo allowed me to make became Greg, Crype and Buzzer! Buzzer very soon started to "fancy" Greg :]c

As soon as I get to the end credits in the full game I will make sure to write a dedicated blogpost about the stuff that happens on my own island and I would also love to showcase some of your footage and/or screenshots aswell, if anyone would like that :]

What about those adopts?

Oh right! As I promised, I made 3 adopts this month and based it around a theme, which was "Sweet Snacks"!

Out of the 3 adoptables, 2 sold under 24 hours! Which is fucking insane and I cannot thank both StarDaniel and Humanbeanmate for their generious support!! Unfortunately the last adopt is still looking for a home, he/her/they/xyz are a sweet pastry shark!

I'm hoping to sell the adoptable soon, because I also have to renew this website's domain by the end of April. I unfortunately had to spend my remaining funds on replacing the motherboard in my PC, the previous one just didn't work from one day to the other... All I'm asking is to please take it into consideration if you have the money to spare!

Oh yeah! I'm posting this blog on Transgender visibility day!

I'm wishing all of my transgender, nonbinary and genderfluid folks a happy transgender day of visibility. I don't know how many of you are in my community but I know you are there and exist and all of us accept you here. I wish you the best going trough these hard times we live in, you are amongst the people who have it the hardest right now. Keep being hopeful for the future and stay safe.
